In 2023, Penny retired from the practice of law. Penny continues to assist the firm in an advisory capacity.

I recognize that clients often come to me in the midst of difficult, emotional situations looking for help in finding solutions to their problems. I strive to be approachable, understanding, and empathetic. My solution-oriented approach helps each client identify the best process for them to use in working towards a resolution. I understand the importance of being accessible to clients and having an open, honest relationship with them as they navigate their family law matter."
