Courtney Green

Courtney Green joined The Center for Family Law May 2018 as a law clerk and as an attorney in 2019. She concentrates her practice in the area of family law. She is also a Guardian ad Litem.


Courtney was born and raised in Eureka, Missouri, where she continues to reside today. She is the proud dog-mom of her Schnoodle, Ellie. Outside of the office, Courtney enjoys being “Aunt Kiki” to her nieces and nephew, travelling to new cities with old friends, and trying new and old restaurants in St. Louis.

The mentorship and guidance that my colleagues at The Center for Family Law have provided, and continue to provide, has equipped me with the skills, dedication, and knowledge to serve my clients to the best of my ability. I am thrilled to be living out my lifelong dream of assisting and guiding individuals through such an intimate and personal process in their lives to help them focus on and achieve their long-term goals.”

Congratulations to Courtney and all of the BAMSL Law Day 2023 Award Recipients. The Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis (BAMSL) has selected attorney Courtney Green as one of three attorneys to receive the 2022-2023 Young Lawyers Division Award of Merit (YLD). This award is given to YLD members to recognize their service to the organization. Courtney has been a YLD board member since 2020, serving as chairperson of Read Across America and chairperson for Motion for Kids. This is Courtney’s second time receiving the YLD Award of Merit. The Firm could not be more proud of Courtney’s continued commitment and dedication to serving the bar and STL community. BAMSL will recognize the winners of the YLD Award of Merit at the Law Day Awards Ceremony on May 1, 2023, at the Missouri Athletic Club. Illinois Attorney General Kwane Raoul is the event’s keynote speaker. What is Law Day? Law Day is an annual event taking place across the nation on May 1 to recognize the rule of law. Established in 1958 by President Eisenhower, Law Day is celebrated by bar groups, courts, schools, and community organizations worldwide.
