Clayton, MO – The Center for Family Law is pleased to announce the selection of two of its founding members, Alan Zvibleman and Ann Bauer, to The Best Lawyers in America© for 2018.


“Ann and I are honored to have received this designation again,” stated Alan Zvibleman, a founding member of The Center for Family Law. “All the attorneys at our firm are dedicated to the legal profession and client service, and for Ann and I to be included on the Best Lawyers list again serves as recognition from our peers for the hard work we do for our clients each day.”

In addition to being included on the Best Lawyers© list each year since 2012, Zvibleman was also named by the publication as “Lawyer of the Year” for Family Law in the St. Louis area for 2016. He represents a variety of professionals and business owners in divorce and modification cases, as well as other family law issues.

A fellow of the American Association of Matrimonial Lawyers, (AAML), Zvibleman also serves as president of its Missouri Chapter. He is also the serves as the Vice-Chair for the Family Law Section of the Missouri Bar, a member of the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis (BAMSL), and an organizing member of the Collaborative Family Law Association (CFLA) of St. Louis. Zvibleman completed his legal education at the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law and also has a bachelor’s degree in political science, which he earned from Tulane University.

Bauer focuses her practice on family law issues and has been named to the Best Lawyers© list since 2014. She forms partnerships with clients to develop realistic goals for their cases, which range from divorce and legal separation to adoption and child custody. Bauer is a fellow of the AAML and a member of numerous professional organizations, including BAMSL, CFLA, and the International Association of Collaborative Professionals (IACP). In addition, she is a member of the Family Law Sections of the American Bar Association and the Missouri Bar Association and was the 2013 recipient of the Missouri Bar’s family law attorney of the year award.

Prior to completing her legal education at Washington University in St. Louis, Bauer worked in early childhood education. She also holds a master’s degree in child development from Loyola University and a bachelor’s degree from Iowa State University.
