August 6-8, 2015:  Alan Zvibleman, Cynthia Garnholz and Ann Bauer presented at the 15th annual Family Law Conference sponsored by the Family Law Section of the Missouri Bar Association. Zvibleman spoke on The Effective Use of Depositions; Garnholz spoke on Requesting and Receiving an Award for Fees; and Bauer spoke on Presenting a Property Case.  The Family Law Conference was attended by over 350 attorneys and judges from throughout the State of Missouri.

We're back in the office this week after attending the 14th Annual Family Law Conference over the past weekend! The conference took place in Branson, MO from Thursday, July 31st through Saturday, August 2nd. All of our attorneys attended, with most presenting at least once. Attorneys from throughout Missouri attend this conference each year.

In April, Cynthia Garnholz was sworn in as an alderman for the City of Clayton.  This is Ms. Garnholz’s third term as an elected official for the City of Clayton.  She also serves on the City’s Planning and Zoning Commission and Economic Development Advisory Commission.
